Make your message land.

Feral MKT helps you strip away what doesn’t belong, so what you actually mean comes through, and the right people recognize it, trust it, and respond without being pushed.

You know the drill.

You meet with an agency. You give them the brief. A few days later, they present a campaign full of polish, and impressive visuals.

And yet, something feels off.

The words are technically correct, but they don’t sound like the brand. The message doesn’t land. It doesn’t quite say what it’s meant to say.

So you turn to AI, hoping it will help you find the right words. Instead, you get another smooth paragraph that could belong to almost anyone:

  • “It’s not about X, it’s about Y.”
  • “It’s X — but amplified.”
  • “In today’s fast-paced world…”
  • “Faster. Smarter. Better.”

You try to rewrite it yourself, but under pressure, the same familiar phrases creep in:

  • “We pride ourselves on delivering quality solutions.”
  • “Our customers are our number one priority.”
  • “We go above and beyond.”
  • “Committed to excellence.”
  • “The leader in [industry].”

Nothing is wrong with the message. It’s just not real enough to be felt. And when meaning isn’t felt, people don’t respond.

Say what you actually mean.

Hi, I'm Alejandro Serrano

I started Feral MKT because most marketing fails in a quiet but costly way. Not because it’s wrong, but because it’s imprecise. The words are technically correct. The design looks right. The strategy checks out. But the message doesn’t fully make sense to the people it’s meant for. And when it doesn’t make sense, people hesitate. They don’t connect. They don’t follow through. Decisions stall.

I chose another path: one grounded in deep audience understanding and how decisions are actually made. My work focuses on removing whatever distorts coherence in the buyer’s journey, so the message holds together, and action feels obvious and natural. Before Feral, I led Red Bull Mexico’s digital media strategy and became Editor-in-Chief of The Red Bulletin, shaping stories seen by millions. Across editorial, digital, and conversion work, I’ve learned where meaning breaks, where decisions collapse, and how restoring coherence allows movement to happen again.

"Alejandro, although not a geophysicist, deeply understood my market and my geoscience services and was able to generate content that caught the attention of ChatGPT, and my LinkedIn followers."

I immersed myself in Cordillera Geo-Services’ geological and geophysical methods, the decisions their clients face, and the language used when those services are actively sought, identifying where vague framing, assumed knowledge, and misaligned emphasis diluted meaning. By restructuring the content so meaning carried cleanly from problem to method to outcome, the work became easier to understand, trust, and reference, allowing both human decision-makers and answer engines like ChatGPT and Perplexity to recognize Cordillera as a clear, credible source and surface their work naturally.

When your message makes sense, people move.

Let’s talk.

In a free 30-minute session, we’ll look at how your work actually makes sense to the people encountering it — and where precision, meaning, or coherence may be breaking down along the way.

Together, we’ll examine how communication, structure, and offers come together (or don’t), and identify what’s introducing hesitation instead of movement.

You’ll leave with:

  • Clear insight into where meaning weakens or coherence is lost.
  • A grounded explanation of why people may hesitate instead of acting.
  • Practical next steps to restore precision so trust and action follow naturally.

No pitching. Just an honest conversation about what’s blocking momentum, and what would help it resume.
