Dr. Hinojosa runs a real geophysical and geological services business. He wanted more leads. What he had was an occasional YouTube video, no blog, and no content strategy on LinkedIn at all.
He ranked fine on Google. But he was invisible to the AI engines his prospects were starting to use instead.
The YouTube content showed real professionalism. It didn’t yet show the thing that actually set Dr. Hinojosa apart: how differently he understood the mining, geotechnical, and archaeological segments he served. The logo needed the same attention. It hadn’t kept pace with the brand and didn’t yet carry the authority behind it.
The deeper miss was on the website itself. It listed the geophysical survey methods and touched on their applications. But it never went further; it never showed how Dr. Hinojosa’s expertise in both geophysics and geology let him solve problems specific to each segment. The site talked about services. It didn’t talk about the audience’s actual problems.
That insight came mostly from Dr. Hinojosa himself, through conversations that are still ongoing today, plus shorter conversations with clients across his three main segments.
We rebuilt Cordillera’s brand personality first: Dr. Hinojosa’s expertise, his own voice, and what each segment actually needed to hear, merged into one coherent identity. That included a visual rebrand and precise messaging for mining, geotechnical, and archaeological clients.
That foundation became the basis for a content strategy: a new blog, and a repurposing system across LinkedIn and YouTube. Every piece of content was built to speak directly to one of Cordillera’s three segments, showing the problem-solving expertise that had been missing before.
Branding, content, and conversion work, over roughly a year.
Six pages are now being referred by Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Grok, up from zero. Leads have started coming in directly from AI referrals and from the repurposed LinkedIn content.
